With a starting point in real organizational contexts, the course focuses on the application of theories, concepts, methods, and tools from the digital management research field in order to realize targeted digital change in practice. Digital change includes analysis of initiating factors, prerequisites for change work, as well as identification and handling of socio-technical factors that affect management, implementation and follow-up.
Academic credits
